About Us

We met during our Nutrition Studies and we became good friends. We think alike. When one of us says something, the other one is about to say the same thing. This is why after graduation, we decided to continue our journey into wellbeing together.

Our Story

Mara: “I was always fascinated by what Sona used to teach me about Homeopathy and herbs over our lunch breaks. I remember wishing that I had come from a background of health practitioners just like Sona did”.

Sona: “I was always fascinated by Mara’s knowledge of Bach flowers and blood groups and I learned a lot from her during our breaks”.

Coming from two different realities has been part of our strength. We bring to the mix a multitude of disciplines and knowledge that we combine to create winning strategies to help each of their clients in a personalised way.

We share the same ethos and passion for wellbeing and our desire to help people makes us understand the individual needs of each person.  Everybody is different and unique therefore we create tailor-made programmes for each of our clients.

Our holistic vision of the individual includes body, mind, and spirit.

We work alongside your health provider. Based on Scientific research, we give you tools to help you get to the optimal wellbeing with nutrition, lifestyle and supplements.

We adhere to the principle of Naturopathy, focusing on helping the whole person and the root cause of the condition not only reducing the symptoms.

We help and support our clients through motivation and discipline into Transformation.

Mara

Hi, my name is Mara, I’m a Nutritionist and Naturopath who holds two postgraduates Diplomas in Naturopathic Nutrition and Naturopathy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I have battled with several health conditions since childhood. And having worked in the Corporate industry in highly demanding roles for over 20 years stress, anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks and phobias were part of my daily life.

These eventually spiraled to extreme levels causing a series of additional physical and emotional disruptions to my digestive system and general wellbeing. Throughout my journey I could only find partial relief from traditional medicine. This is why ten years ago I decided to take action and find alternative ways to resolve my problems.

I consider “food as Medicine” and I guide and empower my clients to take control of their health through an appropriate nutrition, tissue salts, Bach flowers, naturopathy and other disciplines.

I believe in the power of the individual to evolve and grow and become the best version of themselves.

Sona

I believe in “We are what we eat.” I encourage clients to enjoy delicious, nutritious, real whole foods. Passionate about nutrition, my goal is to empower people in their journey to health and helping them lead a healthier life, full of energy. My aim is to educate them in natural remedies, nutrition and lifestyle changes.

I come from the family of alternative and conventional health professional but my own nutrition journey began in my twenties when I was diagnosed with hormonal Imbalances like Hypothyroidism and Polycystic ovarian syndrome. Having low energy and brain fog became part of my everyday existence.

I decided to take control of my health, trying to get to the root of the problem instead of depending on the conventional medications, I took the alternative route to balance my Hormones. This made me delve deep into the relationship between disease, diet and lifestyle. Mine and my family’s health was the reason I started studying Herbs, Ayurveda, Homeopathy and got a Nutritional qualification.

I am able to relate to my clients and I am passionate about what I do as I have experienced the benefits of alternative therapy.
